  • Initial Conversation:

    This is our opportunity to get to know more about one another.  What are you hoping to gain in your life from coaching? What kind of coach am I? Will we work good together? Those are a few of the questions that we undertake in this first initial conversation and it’s a great opportunity to ask any other questions you might have. (You’ve already scheduled or participated in that if you’re reading this sheet! I’m looking forward to talking with you!)

  • Discovery Session (1 hour):

    If you decide we’ll make a good team, I’ll send you a “discovery questionnaire” or a series of questions that will give you an opportunity to explore your experiences a bit more and help me know more about you so that we can jump right in. Our first official coaching session will be this session, in which we will explore who you are, design our alliance, and set areas of focus/goals for the coaching cycle.

  • Coaching Sessions (6 months/12 sessions/50 mins each):

    To accomplish any change and development, we all need time.  My coaching package is usually a 12 session package (biweekly coaching sessions) where we’ll take our time exploring your goals, moving with purpose and intention toward what you want in your life. Know that I want to be able to provide coaching for people at different socioeconomic class levels, so though each session is $350 (full package: $4200), let’s talk about that and see what can be worked out.

  • Continued Coaching (on going):

    If you would like to continue coaching beyond the 6-month coaching package, clients can continue on a per session basis or by signing up for an additional coaching package.

One of the most helpful aspects of this coaching relationship was how it helped me heal my relationship with myself. By helping me identify the times when my own interior monologue was parroting the messages of systems of oppression, Tanya showed me that these inner voices were not fundamental to who I am as a person. Through our personal and candid conversations, I began to see how systems of oppression had twisted not only my relationship with other human beings but especially with myself.
